Resume Tips:
- Update your resume every quarter. Make sure that you put your latest accomplishments and results on it. Even if you are not looking for a job.
- Make sure you mention projects you worked on. Many times a prospective employers (managers) know the projects you work on more than who worked on them. Focus on Results, not job responsibilities.
- Circulate your resume, ask for feedback, ask for recommendations.
- Update it again.
Make sure you are using the best tools online when promoting yourself. However, do not let this take the place of a resume when waling into an interview. Always make sure you have a clean printed copy of your resume for review.
